The Plythan shirt explores a more generous approach to shirting, resulting in an oversized, slip-on garment.
This piece features the Yosae shoulder, a Y-cut armhole that enhances the natural shape of the shoulder. A square-based neckline is completed by the central element of the design: the collar. Rather than using a conventional ruffle, its volume is constructed through a succession of pintucks. These structural lines create a fragmented outline, giving the collar a contained yet expressive fullness.
The same principle is echoed at the cuffs, where discreet pintucks articulate the fabric and introduce a subtle variation in volume.
This shirt is crafted from a breathable and durable two-ply cotton, with a yarn-dyed pattern blending three shades of blue. It can be worn loose or adjusted at the waist with its matching fabric belt, allowing the wearer to alter the silhouette for a versatile and distinctive look.
